However, by posting your Contributions on SwipeXXX and its Services, you grant SwipeXXX a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sub licensable license to use, reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, market, broadcast, create derivative works, adapt, translate, publicly display, make available or otherwise use any Contribution, including, without limitation, to promote and redistribute part or all of the SwipeXXX website (and derivative works thereof) in all media formats and through all means of communication currently known or subsequently developed and on all websites or applications currently developed or subsequently developed, operated by SwipeXXX, its owners and operators.

THE TERMINATION OF YOUR MEMBER ACCOUNT CANNOT GIVE RISE TO ANY COMPENSATION OF ANY KIND.
